Hi, my name is Myranda Silva have been caring for a colony located on Wailana Pl & Napuanani Rd, near Napuanani Park in Aiea Heights for about 14 years. Last week one of my ferals went missing, went into HHS to file a lost report & look for him there. Yesterday Saturday 4/12 one of the ferals I feed found him sprawled out under the car dead. Someone else had TNR'd, so took him into VCA Pearl City to have microchip scanned, filled out a found report. They told me HHS would contact the owner. Is it possible to have a necropsy done and open an abuse case? He seemed perfectly fine the day prior so I suspect foul play. Years ago had another feral who seemed to have been poisoned not sure if intentionally or not, but took him into VCA Pearl City to be treated they told me he might not make it, but with round the clock care from me, he thankfully recovered. Officially worried & concerned. Please help or advise...
